Some common malocclusions which can be corrected
Class I crowding:
Jaw relation balanced but teeth crowded


Class II Division 1:
Upper incisors protruded and/or undershot bottom jaw


Class II Division 2:
Bottom front teeth tipped back with top front teeth collapsed on top of them and related deep bite.


Class III:
Undershot top jaw and/or overshot bottom jaw


Open bite:
Teeth meet only on the back molars. Cannot bite with front teeth e.g. cannot bite through a sandwich, piece of meat etc with front teeth. Have to cut up food first with knife and fork and chew on back teeth.
